GCSAA is seeking a hands-on leader to play a vital role in the development and execution of programs such as job readiness training, career content creation, career coaching, mentorship, and job board management; as well as oversee the First Green Program and FFA initiatives. As Director, this position will lead GCSAA’s initiatives to attract, develop, and retain a future-ready workforce for the golf course management industry. This individual will also represent GCSAA through presentations, relationship-building, and outreach efforts that encourage member engagement.
