About the Role The Senior Manager of Membership is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving AIHA’s membership growth, engagement, and retention initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Membership & Technology, this position oversees the development and execution of membership strategies, marketing campaigns, and member experience programs. The role ensures alignment with AIHA’s mission to advance occupational and environmental health and safety (OEHS) by fostering a strong, engaged professional community.
