The Home Care Association of America (HCAOA) is seeking a strategic, experienced government relations professional to help lead the association’s advocacy efforts on behalf of more than 4,500 home care agencies nationwide. This is an opportunity to advance policies that support aging in place, protect access to home and community-based services (HCBS), and strengthen the direct care workforce. The Vice President of Public Policy will help drive federal and state advocacy, manage key committees, and coordinate with HCAOA’s contract lobbyists across the country. The position reports to the CEO, works closely with the Vice President of Government Relations, and plays a central role in shaping the association’s positions on legislation, regulation, and public policy
