Description The purpose of this position is to direct the functions and operations of Leadership Development Programming, Volunteer Management, and Awards Programming for ASHA’s Association Governance Operations Team. Further, the incumbent directs special projects and new initiatives related to leadership development, volunteers, and awards and makes recommendations for enhancements to programming in these areas. The incumbent may also oversee projects assigned by the Senior Director, Association Governance Operations.
