Position Overview:The Education and Conventions Director is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, planning, execution, and evaluation of the trade association’s conventions, conferences, and educational programs for independent insurance agents. This dual-role position will manage the association’s annual convention and other key events, plus the delivery of high-quality professional development programs. Those programs include seminars, live webinars, online learning, credentialing and continuing education.
