Reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships, the Partnership Coordinator serves as a point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to our FBINAA Alliances (Strategic and Academic). The Partnership Coordinator also serves as the coordinator for FBINAA Alliance events held at the Academy throughout the year.
The ideal candidate is a mission?driven, multi?tasker who can exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. They should possess strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and must have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion. They must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Job duties include:
· Support the Director of Strategic Partnerships with daily operational requests.
· Assist the Director of Strategic Partnerships with the development and implementation of branch objectives in support of the National mission, priorities, and National strategic objectives.
· Support the Director of Strategic Partnerships with partner liaising and answering sponsorship questions via email and/or telephone.
· Manage fulfillment of all sponsorship agreements under the direction of the Director of Strategic Partnerships.
· Ensure a smooth onboarding process with all new Alliance partners.
· Organize and assist with meetings with Alliance partners to ensure goals exceed expectations, to encourage long term relationships and strategic agreements.
· Achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while ensuring Sponsor satisfaction.
· Coordinate with other branches to develop a process to ensure contractual sponsorship benefits are fulfilled.
· Collaborate with Marketing & Communications branch to highlight and recognize Alliance partners.
· Coordinate with the Finance branch to ensure billing contact information is accurate and updated.
· Build and maintain relationships with the FBI Training Division personnel and FBINAA staff.
· Manage session activities with the FBI Training Division (NAU) for NA Sessions to include New Member Expo, Professional Development Day, Sponsor dinners, and other events as needed.
· Manage the logistical needs for FBINAA functions, to include Chapter Leadership Summit and National Annual Training Conference.
· Other duties as assigned.
DECISION-MAKING:
Acts independently and actively supports the Director of Sponsorship. Determines priorities and completes projects within established parameters. Frequently uses own judgment and related work experience in executing responsibilities. The position would ensure the development of appropriate reports, and adherence to regulations & compliance requirements. INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS: Employee should exhibit excellent human relations, problem-solving, organizational, attention to detail, and communications skills. The Partnership Coordinator will maintain regular contact with all FBINAA staff and outside colleagues in collaborating fulfillment of sponsorship and FBINAA on-campus events.
