Finance & Administration Coordinator
Fully remote Independent Contractor reporting to the Executive Director (ED) - LLC or Scorp preferred. Museum Store Association (MSA) is seeking a contractor to serve as MSA Finance & Administration Coordinator. Under the Direction of the MSA Executive Director, the Finance & Administration Coordinator will serve as the day-to-day accounting & admin resource for the MSA. They will contribute to the development and maintenance of financial transactions as well as general office administration. AP/AR, coding all income & expenses into QB, preparing monthly reconciliation files for MSA accountant including running income reports from CRM's, management of $1mil budget, general account maintenance, assisting in audit prep and other special projects as requested.
