POSITION SUMMARYReporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the VP of Finance and Administration oversees and holds the organization accountable for the budgeting, reporting, and monitoring of all financial activities, ensuring proper financial controls, and identifying ways to increase financial reserves and profitability. The VP, Finance and Administration is responsible for ensuring the overall health and stability of The Aesthetic Society and The Aesthetic Foundation by managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning – including treasury, tax, risk, and insurance. The position is an active contributor to the organization’s strategic planning process with financial analysis and evaluations. The position also oversees IT
