Purpose: This position has primary responsibility for developing and implementation of a strategic vision for communications. Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing of the member and public engagement functions of RASM, including communications, marketing, consumer outreach, and membership engagement. Oversees the development, launch, and coordination of: communications, marketing, membership outreach and engagement, and community engagement programs.
