The Executive Director of the New York County Medical Society: —     is fully responsible to and executes the policies of the Board of Directors, to whom the Executive Director reports; —     is staff leader of the New York County Medical Society’s three employees; —      manages and directs all activities of the Society as prescribed by the Board of Directors; —     designs and implements plans to fulfill he Society’s mission as linked to the budget; —     serves as Executive Director of Society subsidiary organizations and two other specialty societies administered y the Society.   Responsibilities include: —     providing leadership  for a membership organization of 1,000  physicians who live or work in Manhattan; —     d
