Summary of Position: As part of the Industry Operations and Education Institute Teams, the Senior Manager of Industry Relations is responsible for facilitating, producing and delivering vital resources for key sectors of the rental housing industry through relevant educational content, practice resources, industry surveys and programming. The Senior Manager will develop relationships with leaders of NAA member companies to understand their needs, interests, business challenges, and priorities. In addition, the Senior Manager will play an instrumental part in promoting collaboration across the NAA team, ensuring resources are relevant, timely, and aligned with the needs of the industry and NAA Staff.
