The Office Manager is responsible for all administrative operations and systems assisting with a wide range of MHPA’s activities in support of our organizational priorities. The position will also provide support for MHPA Board activities, human resources and staff support for our Annual Conference.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supporting 11 current staff members.
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, updating employee files, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and organizing office operations.
Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
Maintains office staff by helping recruit, orient, and train new employees.
Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual administration budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Other duties and tasks as assigned.
