POSITION SUMMARY
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the largest resource for business and personal coaches, representing more than 50,000 members and 50,000 credential holders. ICF supports and preserves the integrity of coaching through standards supported by the individual membership.
We are seeking an Accreditation Excellence Manager to join our ICF Coaching Education team! One of the responsibilities of ICF is to ensure high standards in the coaching profession, which start with accredited providers. As the Accreditation Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of ICF's accreditation offerings by supporting those accreditation providers. You will provide oversight of all personnel, procedures, and systems for organizational accreditation processing. Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and exceptional customer service is a must. This role will work internationally to support providers across the globe! The Accreditation Excellence Manager will report to the Director of Global Accreditation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITES
Ensure that high quality services are provided to education & training programs, clients and prospective institutions of ICF Coaching Education and Accreditation
Provide oversight of all personnel, procedures, and systems for organizational accreditation processing, and review/approval of Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Continuing Coach Education (CCE), and Chapter CCE Events
Implement high quality processes for ICF Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and CCE review and approval
Develop partnering plans with accredited organizations to enhance the quality, delivery, and evaluation of success
Identify and collect metrics that point out trends and metrics in accreditation
Recommend changes to policies, procedures, and tasks that improve services and bring offerings into alignment with globally accepted standards
Assist with and process Education Search Service (ESS) updates, including new listings, updating listings and additional listings as well as educating on enhanced and ultimate profile listings and the benefits of those
Assist with and process Event Calendar updates from accredited providers
Receive and respond to a high number of accreditation general correspondences in a timely manner (calls/tickets/emails, etc) – where to find coach education/training, how to apply to be an accredited provider, etc.
Liaison with our Community Engagement Manager and marketing on promotional materials – newsletters, blogs, congratulatory emails, outgoing correspondence
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
An undergraduate degree or combined education or related experience and a minimum of three years of experience
Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing to a diverse and global audience
Plan, organize and prioritize work
Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior
Remain flexible in order to adapt to changes in work environment
Excellent time-management skills
Work accurately with close attention to detail
Work effectively, professionally and tactfully with ICF’s workforce, team leaders, senior staff, and outside companies
Exhibit a professional, businesslike appearance and demeanor
Basic computer skills, including e-mail, word processing and spreadsheets
Excellent communication, empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills to facilitate interaction with team members and our stakeholders
Some travel may be available to ICF and other industry events
Bilingual or ability to speak more than one language fluently is considered a major plus
