The Coordinator assists the Digital Learning team in managing initiatives for endocrine training, self-assessment, and new content development. The Coordinator will assist the Manager of In-Training and Fellows Program and the Director of Digital Learning in the maintenance of the Society’s core products and programming ESAP, P-ESAP, Fellows Training Series and other fellow’s specific programming, working closely with faculty workgroups. This position will also be engaged in the set up and delivery of these products in the Society’s learning management system. Additionally, the Coordinator will have a working technical knowledge of the learning management system and proficiency to manage day-to-day activities within this system, to work with the Member Services team to resolve user issues as needed,[QA1] and to maintain digital elements of projects.
What you’ll bring to the job:
1-2 years of previous association experience is highly desirable. BA/BS degree, or equivalent prior work experience is a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, customer service skills, and organizational skills
Experience with the following components/systems preferred:
Webcasting and virtual meeting platforms
Video editing tools, such as Camtasia or iMovie
Interest in online education and instructional design highly desirable.
Desire to learn new technologies preferred.

What you’ll own:
Day-to-Day Management of the Fellows Training Series (FTS)
Update FTS program coordinators in Netforum AMS and the learning management system. (LMS), emailing each program to confirm, keeping updated records of program contacts and paid subscribers.
Update each program’s LMS FTS pages annually, including new/retired courses, new program dates, etc;
Send templated FTS emails and reminders.
Set up FTS programs and the in-training exam (ITE) in the LMS
Calculate discrimination data for ITE results.
Act as primary respondent to FTS/ITE inquiries, triaging as needed.
Day-to-Day Management of other in-training and fellows programs and products
Create programs and products in LMS.
Send emails and reminders to participants and faculty on relevant deadlines and requirements.
Act as primary respondent to inquiries, triaging as needed.
Support in-person meeting logistics
Other administrative duties (processing honoraria and reimbursement requests), as needed.
CEEC assistance (more details from Andrea)
Working with CEEC and appropriate CEEC subgroups.
With oversight from the Manager, communicate and maintain committee-related project deadlines and deliverables.
Schedule meetings.
Faculty/working group follow-up as needed.
Prep committee and working group meeting books and other meeting materials as needed.
Support in-person and virtual meeting logistics.
Support the Digital Learning team’s efforts in product set-up and LMS administration.
Create new products and programs in LMS (ESAP, P-ESAP, cross-departmental programming);
Serve as point of contact for Member Services to triage education-related questions/communications, escalating to a higher support tier as needed.
Serve as back-up LMS administrator.
Provide onsite assistance at the ENDO annual meeting and other programs as assigned.
Process invoices and honoraria payments in Pn3 account payables system
Facilitate scheduled webinars and/or edit recordings as needed.
Draft standard operating procedures for succession management and new hire training
