Position Summary: AHLA is seeking a full-time Labor and Workforce Policy Director on the State and Local Government Affairs Team. This position will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of AHLA’s advocacy strategies with a specific focus on labor and workforce policy. In addition to being a member of the State & Local GA Team, this position will also work cross-functionally with the Federal Affairs, Research, and Political Affairs teams as well as the AHLA Foundation’s workforce team.
