The Association Management System (AMS) Manager is responsible for administering and configuring the AMS (netForum Enterprise) including providing staff and customer support. The AMS Manager practices continual self-learning to be the SDMS AMS subject matter expert, working closely with all departments to establish, manage, and document their AMS-related information needs, define technical requirements and procedures, query data, assist with report development, support bug fixes, and train staff on proper use of the AMS.
