Director, Budget & Pensions
Description The purpose of this position is to direct, coordinate, and administer the budget and pension operations of the association. The incumbent is responsible for leading the process of planning the work of the budget team and ensuring the effective use of unit resources to meet major goals and objectives that have a significant impact on ASHA. The incumbent reviews, monitors, analyzes, and interprets all budget and pension reports for management to facilitate timely and effective decision making. S/he provides guidance in the technical accounting aspects of the unit's objectives and participates in the most complex projects of the unit.
