In this newly-created hands-on position, you will be responsible for educational programming (live seminars, webinars and conferences), e-newsletter, social media content creation, marketing and promotion of association to industry and members, and assisting in developing member engagement opportunities.
Coordinate educational programming by assisting in identifying topics and presenters for educational offerings. Create and execute materials to promote events to members and interested parties using traditional, digital and social media engagement. Manage educational events and on-site logistics.
Member Engagement & Content
Update and distribute information to members and prospective members. Develop an understanding of the specialist interests and skills of members and develop productive working relationships with other staff and members to establish membership engagement opportunities. Work with team and committee to create social media program. Help write and edit blogs, articles and posts, develop content for NBA education and event promotion.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification
3-5 years’ experience managing operations (for association or non profit preferred)
Strong organizational & project management skills
Good interpersonal skills
Proficient in planning and creating social and traditional media content
Organizational skills related to meetings and logistics
In office required, with some travel and onsite meeting management
