The specific duties and responsibilities of the executive director include but are not limited to the following: Key proponent for the association, its members and for the role of school communications in public schools and school districts Provide ongoing support and resources to association members Manage and support the organization’s efforts to grow membership Manage and support the organization’s efforts to grow sponsorships Develop resources sufficient to ensure the financial health of the association Sustain the fiscal integrity of the association through effective planning and oversight of the annual budget and investment strategies Plan, manage and oversee all aspects and details of the annual TSPRA conference i
