The Coordinator, Exhibits & Sponsorships is responsible for assisting the Corporate Engagement Department with customer service, lead generation, and logistical needs. Primary duties and responsibilities: Under the oversight of the Senior Manager, Exhibits & Sponsorships, provide customer service to exhibitors and sponsors for select meetings Responsible for acquiring company logos and images for use in directories, presentations, signs, show art, and meetings websites Update sponsorship and exhibit sections of meetings websites Compile exhibitor and sponsor directory information Research contact information at new companies and add to iMIS database Conduct detailed breakdown of industry rosters and list c
