The Member Services Coordinator will support NAPEO’s strategic plan by providing essential customer service to members and prospects, facilitating delivery of NAPEO’s member services, supporting membership administration and engagement, and providing excellent database management.  Position Responsibilities: Customer/Member Service Provide customer service to existing and potential members through professional and courteous phone and email interactions.
