Conference Incorporated (CI), a 36+-year-old boutique association management firm located in Reston, VA, provides support to a variety of associations such as membership management, financial management as well as convention, trade show, and special event management services. We are looking for an individual to serve as a program manager for two of our clients.  Projects this position would be responsible for include: Managing the call for papers process and speaker management for a medical conference (would travel to the conference which is in a new location each year – 2023 it is in Orlando)) Managing an awards program for a marketing association (local travel required is at the Gaylord National Hotel each year.)
