Administers the daily affairs of the CAP Corporation.  Develops the overall business strategy to implement the general direction received from the Board of Governors (BoG) and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to meet the needs of CAP’s varied customers, volunteer members, the communities we serve, and our employees. Builds a senior executive team and leads by example to develop and maintain a positive organizational culture.  Allocates capital judiciously against competing priorities.  The Chief Operating Officer administratively reports to the BoG but is under the operational direction of the CEO. Roles and Responsibilities: Assist the BoG and the CEO in developing CAP’s Strategic Plan and leads the staff in executing the approved plan. In conjunc
