The Coordinator of Exhibitor Services & Sponsorship will be responsible for all customer service-related items for exhibitors and sponsorship fulfillment for all RE+ Events. This position will also be responsible for various show floor operations items and any other administrative functions as needed.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities

Exhibit
Lead the RE+ sales team’s customer service efforts by supporting exhibitors with customer service inquiries, welcome letters, deadline reminders, forms collection, etc., ensuring excellent customer service, quality control, and consistency of exhibitor experience for all RE+ Events
Ensure the online exhibitor manual is complete and easily accessible and assist exhibitors when needed with questions
Assist with making exhibit sales & collection calls as assigned
Work with sales and marketing team to develop comprehensive and creative sponsorship opportunities and manage all cost/expenses that relate to fulfillment items
Manage and track Booth Design Approvals, Exhibitor Appointed Contactors and Certificates of Insurance
Sponsorship
Manage the collection of sponsor logos and artwork for use in sponsorship programs. Work directly with marketing to insure inclusion of sponsor recognition/logos in appropriate promotional materials.
Process all sponsorship related fulfillment.
Manage, produce and mail out all sponsorship snapshot reports
Manage and oversee Sponsorship tracking grid and cost analysis grid
Assist with making sponsorship sales calls as assigned
Work with and train the assigned temps for sponsorship fulfillment at RE+
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
Demonstrable customer-oriented attitude
Strong oral and written communications skills
Attention to detail
Ability to take initiative and work independently while functioning within a small team environment
Experience in meetings & events industry, specifically with a large tradeshow is a plus
Experience with Map Your Show and Salesforce preferred
Knowledge of Salesforce, information systems, including association databases, maintaining event websites, data collection and analysis, and/or formal report development preferred
Travel required

Job Conditions
SETS is a virtual-first office. Physical office option in Arlington, VA. Full time telework is our standard with intermittent in-person gatherings.
Some travel (15%) and non-traditional work hours (i.e., after hours, weekends, and holidays) required. This travel will also include outreach events, site research, and partnership development.
Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds and to physically participate in the movement, set-up, and storage of event related items/materials.
