The RoleMTS seeks a full-time Director of Member Engagement to join our small and mighty headquarters team. The Director is the primary representative of the Society’s membership program and must have excellent people skills and enjoy working with the public. The successful incumbent must have experience with membership organizations, fundraising, and a familiarity with the marine technology community. The Director can be based anywhere in the US, with a preference for contiguous time zones.
