SME is seeking a Manager, Chapter Development to join their team.  This position is responsible for developing resources and a comprehensive approach to supporting and strengthening SME professional and student chapters, chapter officers and members to maximize their effectiveness. Works closely with leadership and volunteer committees on annual strategic goals, guidelines, chapter compliance, chapter strategic planning, development of best practices for chapter recruitment and retention, and recommends and facilitates enhancements for volunteer chapter management. Manages the day-to-day support of services to SME chapter leaders responsible for the coordination of the chapter revitalization efforts resulting in a highly engaged network of chapters. Driven by data, regularly creates new
