As the consortium management program of the Household and Commercial Products Association (HCPA), Ignite Solutions is uniquely positioned to provide collaborative efforts and project management solutions needed to accomplish goals and objectives. Ignite Solutions has an interesting history and evolution. Founded by the Household and Commercial Products Association (HCPA) in 1985, the program originally started with a unique idea: Provide an efficient and cost-effective way for members to address federal data requirements for pesticide and chemical registration. Since its conception, the group has grown to encompass many other topics such as fragrance, software development, and education / communications programs.
POSITION SUMMARY
Ignite Solutions is expanding and looking to add an additional Program Manager to its staff. This position reports directly to the Executive Director of Ignite Solutions. The Program Manager provides comprehensive program and project management by planning and coordinating all project activities to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished for multiple joint venture and task force programs. This is a hybrid position with two days remote and three days in the office a week
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitates the program activities for members and consultants of multiple joint venture and task force groups.
Prepares data submissions and responses ensuring compliance with federal, state, and international agencies.
Prepares complex budgets, manages cash flow, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for programs.
Develops RFIs and RFPs and manages various contracts on behalf of program members.
Transcribes and prepares detailed minutes of meetings and distributes relevant information to program members.
Provides assistance on relevant issues to program members, as needed.
Provides regular status reports and project plans for program members.
Plans, organizes, and executes in-house and off-site meetings; prepares and distributes agendas for meetings; coordinates dates/times for multi-party conference calls.
Special projects and other duties may be assigned in-line with the demands of the position.

REQUIREMENTS
2-3 year of Program or Project Management Experience.
Bachelor's Degree in related field.
PMP Certificate preferred, but not required.
Must have proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suit (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
Knowledge and experience with SmartSheet a plus, but not required.
This is a hybrid position (three days a week required in the office). Must be local to the DC metro area.
