Assistant Manager, Program and Committee Relations
The Assistant Manager will provide support services to Examination Activities. Liaise with the BOC Examination Committees, the BOC Board of Governors, and other volunteers; manage communication as well as build and maintain strong professional relationships with 120+ volunteers. Manage meeting logistics for 12-15 small (8-10 people) in-office examination committee meetings annually. Coordinate the travel and hotel for exam committee members and guests, handle all related meeting correspondence and documents, and provide catering during the meeting.
