Function of the Position: This is a professional managerial position in the AIA Events department responsible for developing the operations and experience plan for AIA Events and supporting the overall strategies for all AIA Events. This role will lead the planning and direction of the AIA Conference on Architecture and Expo with a focus on improving attendee experience, operational effectiveness and establishing it as the leading tradeshow for the architecture and design community. The Sr. Director will be responsible for collaborative design and implementation of the event experience for all AIA Events with specific focus on the Conference and Expo. Goals will include operational excellence, experience innovat
