Position Description This position, which is part of the senior management team, is responsible for developing and implementing member recruitment and marketing efforts; developing and implementing membership fulfillment and retention strategies; overseeing membership administration; and developing and implementing other marketing and business development activities. They will lead a team of nine and will be responsible for the top line revenue growth of all dues-based revenue (which currently totals about $30 million), and for developing and managing a strategy to drive sustained net growth and achieve dues revenue goals. They will be critical to driving innovation and a strategy to create a culture where “membership is everyone’s business.”
