It’s almost 2022 and it’s time to get back into the world! MMS is looking for an enthusiastic, data-obsessed, and customer-focused professional to become the newest member of our growing registration team.
Who We Are
Meeting Management Services (MMS) is DC-based events consulting firm that provides convention and conference management services for national associations, non-profits associations and Fortune 500 corporations since 1996. We provide registration services, venue sourcing and contracting, and management of logistical, exhibitor, and housing needs for over 30 client events throughout the United States and (more recently) around the globe.
Why We’re Special
Until 2020, there were many independent firms in the meetings and event industry. Our commitment to our clients, and their trust in us, allowed MMS to emerge from COVID-19 stronger than ever. At MMS, we’re not just task-takers, we are an extension of our clients’ teams and offer our consultative and innovative solutions to bring meetings and events to the next level.
What We’re Looking For
A successful Project Manager on our registration team will be a professional who:
Wants to take the next step in their career and is ready to take on challenges in a fast-paced setting

Brings their creativity to dynamic registration websites on a varied set of software platforms
Is obsessed with data and what it can do to help shape decision-making
Enjoys providing customer service to attendees and supervise team members who do the same
Can’t wait to travel and manage all aspects of on-site registration
Is eager to “chip in” with all aspects of events management
Familiarity with databases and data management. Experience with software such as Cvent, Cadmium/EventRebels, SalesForce, and Aventri is a plus.
Strong computer literacy with understanding of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel. Experience with Pivot Tables and high-level formulas is a plus.
