Position Summary: Worldwide ERC® is looking for a Product Support Specialist to support our product team in responding to customer inquiries related to the products and services. This person will resolve basic questions about all products, assist with logins and maintain accurate data records. This role will assist with the day-to-day activities of the product department, which covers our certification and learning programs. Our ideal candidate can complete data entry, work with the product team and our customers. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, self-motivated and trustworthy.
