This leadership position is responsible for the growth, engagement and retention of IIA membership in North America including the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. Leveraging member insights, this leader will develop and implement strategies to achieve the association’s membership, engagement, and retention goals in line with global strategic plan and in collaboration with leaders across the portfolio of businesses.
