At AMGA we’re paving the way for medical groups and integrated systems of care to deliver the next level of high-performance health. We have an opening for a membership associate, reporting to the director, membership development.
Primary responsibilities of the membership associate:
Responsible for dues billing and tracking for member medical groups and corporate partners. This includes creating invoices, sending invoices by mail and by email, sending reminders to billing contacts, calling accounts payable for updates on payments, processing payments, and sending thank you letters, packets, and emails.
Manage credit card payments and logins for all automated credit cards received for all AMGA entities.
Manage the onboarding and renewal process to ensure rosters are received and uploaded, execute email marketing campaign, and engage members in priority opportunities.
Regularly update Salesforce and corresponding dues spreadsheets based on information shared by members, the membership team, and other departments.
Produce membership reports as requested.
Primarily responsible for responding to messages received to the membership email inbox (member requests and access issues), as well as other email accounts as needed.
Update emails in Salesforce based on bad/bounced emails returned from email marketing system by reaching out to members to get updated information on a monthly basis.
Compile member news and membership updates each month for an email publication.
Pack and mail supplies needed for internal and external conferences for the membership team.
Schedule member calls as needed.
Provide general administrative support to the department.
The ideal candidate will be a smart self-starter with superior organizational and administrative skills; strong communications abilities, both verbal and written; and knowledge or interest in health care.

Required Experience: 2-3 years applicable experience
4 year degree preferred
Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficiency with Salesforce and email marketing tools a plus
