Come join our team of some of the most talented stars within the association and credentialing community, and help us make the world a better place by raising the standard of standard-setting programs. At Metacred, our mission is to develop, manage, and grow the best credentialing programs in the world. As an association management company (AMC) that specializes exclusively in credentialing programs, we develop and provide comprehensive management of certification, accreditation, certificate, and licensure programs for association, for-profit, and government clients. We are hiring a Credentialing Coordinator to join our team. Metacred’s staff culture is progressive—valuing innovation, collaboration, courage, professionalism, performance, client service, and accountability. As a team, we share a consistently positive attitude, sense of humour, and passion for excellence. We strive towards continual improvement and are confident in our ability to deliver exceptional results. We embrace change and thrive on challenges—viewing them as an invitation to evolve and succeed. In addition to a robust package of traditional benefits, Metacred offers a fulfilling, Results-Only Work Environment (ROWE) that respects and empowers our human resources and is driven by our clients' business needs, rather than arbitrary factors outside of the context of business needs. The premise of a ROWE is that work can get done anywhere at any time the team member is most productive. This is intended to optimize personnel autonomy, efficiency, job satisfaction, worker health and safety, performance, and accountability. The objective of this position is to ensure the success and value of the credentialing process and outstanding customer satisfaction with credentialing transactions between Metacred’s clients and their potential applicants, candidates, certificants, volunteer leaders, stakeholders, and all other customers—thereby ensuring the sustainable growth and advancement of the mission of Metacred and our clients’ credentialing programs. The Credentialing Coordinator is responsible for, and exercises discretion and independent judgment related to, the management and general business operations of Metacred and its clients’ credentialing programs, including: - Operational implementation of initial credentialing processes including applications, assessments, approved provider programs, and institutional alliance programs.
- Operational implementation of recredentialing (recertification, reaccreditation, renewal, maintenance of certification, etc.) processes.

- Credentialing assessment administration, including exam and appraisal scheduling, materials fulfillment, support, proctoring, grading, disability accommodations, assessment results notification, and recognition item fulfillment.
- Certificant surveillance / ethics / professionalism programs and complaint resolution.
- Milestone and other recognition programs to incentivize certificants to renew their credentials and increase our clients’ recredentialing rates.
- Timely, helpful, accurate, engaging, and highly professional communications related to credentialing with—and responses to—Metacred’s clients and their credentialing program potential and actual customers, volunteer leaders, and other stakeholders.
- Email, telephone, hardcopy letters, FAXes, online communities and other social media, websites, and other communications methods.
- Onsite support of Metacred and client meetings, exam administrations, training events, and conferences.
- Accurately interacting with (looking up, scanning, entering, editing, and updating) data across multiple platforms and formats, including Metacred’s Customer Relationship Management / Association Management Systems / Certification Management Systems (CRM/AMS/CMS), digital document storage systems, spreadsheets, contact records, our test delivery partner’s exam scheduling and results reporting systems, etc.
- Marketing and engagement communications with potential Metacred clients and with our clients’ customers as they progress through the credentialing lifecycle.
- Representing Metacred and our clients in a consistently professional manner at in-person and virtual meetings and events, and through written and verbal communications.
- Documenting and continually updating current policies and procedures.
- Identifying policy and procedure gaps, inefficiencies, resource needs, and bottlenecks, and recommending appropriate improvements.
- Preparing for and supporting onsite accreditation assessments, potential and current client visits, etc.
- Contributing ideas and working collaboratively with all Metacred staff, client volunteer leaders, partner organizations, and vendors to advance Metacred’s mission and the mission of Metacred’s clients.
