The Membership Manager will be a high energy individual who will manage RTCA’s recruitment and retention strategies to meet annual goals and targets, as defined by our strategic plan. This individual will be creative in implementing new outreach efforts to engage with our members.
Develop tailored marketing material for each segment of membership
Conduct member surveys to get feedback from membership base
Do market research and develop prospect pipelines
Lead innovative campaigns to attract new members
Identify, conduct outreach, recruit new members
Expand RTCA’s academic membership partnership
Develop dashboard of relevant membership data metrics
Manage the membership database, including keeping all contacts updated and current.
Manage and automate all invoicing, renewal, and payments.
Update and distribute information to current and prospective members
Attend trade shows and other industry conferences to exhibit and recruit new members
Develop key engagement touchpoints for members within the membership cycle
Minimum 2 years of experience in an association or similar sales role
Must have experience managing CRM/AMS – Nimble or Salesforce preferred.
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Proficient with MS Office products
Some travel required, 4-5 times per year maximum
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
