HOW YOU’LL SERVE OUR ORGANIZATION
Manage one direct report: Program Coordinator (split 50% with Professional Development Division)
Inform and support the execution of the annual division plans, goals and related strategic action plans
Develop and manage related budgets in collaboration with the Division Director and Senior Manager
Provide customer service and support in the Member Engagement division.
Work with Director of Member Engagement and Senior Manager on special projects relating to the Board of Trustees, marketing, website content and other special projects as assigned
Manage task forces and/or workgroups as assigned.
Work inter-divisionally on projects related to strategic plan initiatives and areas of responsibility
Serve as primary liaison to students and faculty on issues related to student membership and student chapters. This could include occasional travel to student events and/or programs
Produce monthly issues of the student video newsletter and continually update student resources on ADHA’s website
Generate new and innovative ways to engage students and new professionals throughout the year, including, but not limited to, rebranding student chapter programs, mentorship programs, and educational programming for the annual conference.
Work with Director of Corporate Development on potential sponsorship opportunities relating to student and new professional programs. Serve as lead on ensuring deliverables are met for corporate sponsorships
Manage all student related awards and leadership opportunities including the Outstanding ADHA Student Chapter Award, Faculty Recognition Award, and student delegate program
WHAT WE ASK FOR:
3-5 years working in the area of recruitment and retention, membership, or related field. Student programming and/or association experience preferred.
Excellent project management, customer service, communications skills. Ability to work independently and be a proactive leader. Proficient in Microsoft Office and significant experience working with an Association Management System (AMS).
Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in communications, marketing or related field is preferred.
